“The BEST of the BEST!”

Dr. Steven and Dr. Debra are caring, compassionate people who are great at what they do. Let me tell you a true story about a young man's journey to achieve a beautiful smile. In January of 2009 I was completely fed up with the way my teeth looked and I finally saved up enough money to afford Invisalign. I was living in San Diego, California at the time and I was unsure of where I should go to begin the procedure. So after countless visits to dental offices searching for an environment that I felt comfortable with, I grew tiresome and decided on a Doctor. Perhaps the best advice I could offer to anyone choosing a new Dentist would be, choose very wisely. Had I taken my own advice then I would not of had to go through hell for a year with that Doctor in California. So I began the procedure in the beginning weeks of January '09. The first step in the Invisalign treatment is to take impressions of your teeth and then send those impressions to the lab to create the Invisalign trays. Then the trays are sent back to the doctor and then delivered to you. This process (which I learned a year later from Dr Steven) should only take 2-3 weeks. A month-and-a-half later I received a call from the "then Doctor" and he told me I needed to come in and do the impressions over, so I did. I figured sometimes things happen and so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. It was another month-and-a-half later when I heard back from the "then doctor" that my trays were indeed ready. That’s 3 months after I started the treatment and still I had yet to put on an Invisalign tray and actually start. Now I had the trays and I was wearing them and everything was going great. Until about half-way through my treatment, I began to have difficulty fitting the top tray on my teeth. The trays no longer were fitting properly and so I expressed my concern to the "then doctor". His solution was to not see me nor be available when I stopped by the office. He made an effort to not see me for 2 months after I called him and told him about the problem. Finally, I was seen and impressions were taken again. And you guessed it, the same thing happened as before with the impression stage. Next thing I know he tells me he is closing down his office and will not be practicing anymore for a while but, would see me personally through to the end of the treatment, however he planned on doing that, I do not know. ***THEN, THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO MY TEETH... I moved to New York in January of 2010 and started to do research for a Dentist. I scrolled through a lot of different websites for offices but the only one that stuck out to me was the GLASSMAN DENTAL CARE website. There was tons of information and testimonials that it made me confident enough to stop by the office to check it out. And it was the only office I needed to see to know where I would go. I explained my situation to Dr Steven and he was empathetic to the hell I had been through. It was a year since I started the treatment and because of the last doctor I had, my progress got nowhere. Dr. Steven reassured me that he would change that and fix my teeth the way they should be. He even personally called my old doctor to retrieve the new Invisalign trays that the old doctor was holding on to and would not release. He took my smile personally and guaranteed that I would be satisfied with his work. I knew I would not have to worry anymore, now with my teeth in the care of Dr Steven. I have been with the Glassman's for a year-and-a-half now and I will never leave. Dr. Steven cares about me and his other patients, He saved my smile! Since I have been going to the Glassman's my Invisalign treatment has been going great! I have had no problems at all and I love my smile. The improvements of my teeth have been amazing. I am nearly done with the treatment now and I owe Dr Steven all the credit for my gorgeous. Had it not been for Dr. Steven, I would still be that young man fed up with his teeth, afraid to smile. The office is absolutely awesome! As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by Jessica and Karen; two beautiful, lovely ladies that never stop smiling. The decor is elegant and chic and the accommodations make you feel as if you are staying in the penthouse suite at the Waldorf Astoria. The most important decision you can make concerning your teeth is who to trust in caring for them. The least I can do from my experience is to tell you The Glassman's are the BEST

Husband and Wife team of consummate professionals. I think when you go to a dentist in NYC they better be organized and provide superior service in addition to doing stellar work....or else the dentist should move to Long Island or New jersey! Glassman Dental has done everything from cosmetic to maintenance and I highly recommend them. I think the bottom line is to get the job done correctly and predictably, not necessarily cheaply....when it comes to your teeth. Best Dentist I have ever had, been going there for 6 years.

“I love these dentists!!!!”

I love these dentists!!!! I've been going to Glassman Dental Care for the past eight years and wouldn't give them up for anything.
