“Stuck with me”

Before I got braces, I had been using invisalign retainers. I was not responsible and never kept them in for the right amount of time, but Dr. Yao was patient and flexible. When invisialign didn't work, he offered to put braces on for free and stuck with the process until the end, regardless of my irresponsiblity. Everybody is very friendly and it's obvious that they're looking out for you. It is busy at times but there's nothing to complain about this office!

I'll start off by saying that the staff here are great. There nice, caring, and very funny. I find myself laughing about something every time im there with them. Dr.Yao is so funny and just has a very chill attitude. He's not so serious and boring like other doctors I have met. I'm in the middle of doing invisalign treatment and it's soo easy. Dr.Yao worked with me on listening to what I wanted, as well as what I needed. I can't wait to see the final results of my teeth!! There's many adults who come here too, not just alot of children so I feel comfortable. I would definitley recommend family and friends to come here or to at least to have a FREE consultation here first. Yes I said FREE consultation :-)

Dr. Yao and his team are always pleasant and accomodating when I visit their office. I feel comfortable asking questions about the Invisalign treatment I am receiving because I know Dr. Yao is one of the most experienced Invisalign orthodontists in the Bay Area. I have been going to Dr. Yao's office for a while now. They are always very polite and caring to their customers. My teeth look WONDERFUL!! My husband was so impressed that he is having his straightened too. Dr. Yao is honest. My husband wanted to do invisalign too, but his particular case required braces. He had them put on a Friday before a holiday weekend. We were both very impressed that Dr. Yao even called us over that weekend to check up on him and to see if he was having any issues. I highly recommend Dr. Yao and his staff to anyone looking to get their teeth straighten. You will not be sorry and you will have a wonderful new smile to prove it!

I had a great exp with the whole office. The Office manager took her time with me. She made me feel very good about my visit and if anything put me at ease as I was very nervous. I brought my two daughters to see Dr. Yao for a consult. They are 10 and 12 years old. I was very pleasantly supriesed when I walked in the door and was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff. The staff took special care with my youngest daughter who was afraid of going to the appointment. They didn't rush her they explained everything that they were going to do before they did it and this made her feel a whole lot better about the situation. Neither of my girls were ready to start treatment yet but I know that when they are this is the place we will be going to!! Thank you so much Dr. Yao and staff you really made this an awsome experience for us!!

I started my invisalign treatment in September 2010. So far I am happy with the progress of my teeth. I have a lot of crowding on my bottom teeth and I only have to wear my aligners for about a year and a half. I chose to come to Dr. Yao because he is very knowledgeable and the only Diamond Certified Orthodontist in Northern California, also his staff was extremely nice and attentive. I would defiantly recommend Dr.Yao to anyone who wants top of the line orthodontic treatment.
