“Quality Service and care”

My first visit was this morning and Dr. Chan was really gentle, kind about my dental-phobia, and talked me through everything he was doing. He told me to lift my hand in case I felt any discomfort, but he was so gentle and I didn't need to. I don't have dental insurance and the receptionist gave me a great worksheet to call around for and compare insurance, giving their standard costs so I knew what to look for.

Superior dentist and office staff. We will be commuting to see Dr. Chan now that we've moved back to the South Bay, because he is that good. Our 2 year old's first dental experience was here in April 2011, following my visit and my husband's for routine cleanings. I am so impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism, knowledge base, and customer service here. Thank you for not bombarding your patients with a television set or blaring music while getting their procedures. Such a rarity these days... Extra stars for flexibility in making appointments, working with all ages, and gentleness.
