01/26/2009 I have had both sons see Dr. Kay and could not be happier with the service. The ladies at the front desk are always polite, and do their best to schedule appointments at times that work well for you. Dr. Kay always explains everything extensively and takes the time to answer any questions you have. I would refer his office to take care of any orthodontic needs you may have. With two offices, Sandwich and Oswego, appointment times are very convenient.
