I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Louie is. She is patient, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. My 85 mother, who is diabetic, just completed the first phase of extensive dental work. The experience could have been traumatic but Dr. Louie took the time to explain every procedure thoroughly. She treated my mother with respect and kindness. She was so gentle that my mother experienced very little pain or bleeding. She even called later to see how my mother was doing! She also has a wonderful staff who is equally as considerate. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Louie to anyone.

My sister would make statements about Dr. Louie all the time. Statements such as "she is so anal" meaning: Dr. May Louie is very through and obsessive in completing a superb and finish job. She is persistent with neatness, accuracy and patient satisfaction. She explain all aspects of the job at-hand to you; what she will be doing and why she will be doing it. Dr. May Louie is an EXCELLENT Dentist. She take pride in her profession because, one of her main and most important goal is to please her customers. Dr. Louie was my exceptional dentist 1990-96 while I resided in Los Angeles County. In those 6 years, She delivered 10 crowns--all of which have endured and served me well. I am now living and working in Orange County and am happily back with Dr. Louie after a 15-year hiatus. The precision and beauty of her work were noted by the 3 dentists I had 1997-2010. Each remarked on the quality of the dental work I had received. I wasn't used to getting compliments on my teeth and credit Dr. Louie and my own regime of dental care for my teeth's appearance. Dr. Louie and her staff are fantastic! After seeing the quality work performed by her on my fiancee, I decided to part from my family dentist (who had treated me for over 20 years!). Dr. Louie is very thorough with her examinations and genuinely cares for her patients. Her professionalism paired with her quirky personality make each dental experience memorable. She interacts well with her staff(you can tell they truly understand the importance of teamwork)and she really gets to know her patients on a personal level. wonderful smile and sat down with me to explain the procedure she would perform on me. After telling her my traumatizing experiences with other dentists, she ensured that she would do her best to make my visit a great one. It was hard to believe her knowing that my tooth was horribly infected and that I would have to undergo a tooth extraction! Everytime I communicated that I felt pain, she would stop, re-examine the situation to ensure I was in less pain, and would continue working on fixing my problem. She worked diligently and took the time to ask me so often how I felt. After surviving that experience, I was not only relieved of my pain, but I also realized that Dr. Louie had gained my trust. With all the dental problems built up after not seeing a dentist for 6 years, I have continually gone back to Dr. Louie and have never been disappointed by the quality of work she has performed on my mouth. I have, and will continue to highly recommend Dr. Louie to my friends, family, and co-workers. I am so thankful for Dr. Louie and her staff (Haydee and Melissa are also amazing) and will be eternally grateful for all their help. My dental experience growing up has been far from pleasant. After 6 years of avoiding the dentist, I finally had such a horrible toothache, I was forced to step into a dental office. Trying to find a quality dentist was difficult; however, the thought of actually facing a dentist seemed a lot harder. The pain was almost unbearable, so even the thought of taking care of the problem myself (by pulling the tooth out with a pair of pliers) sounded more appealing than actually having a professional take care of it. I was almost 100% convinced to do it myself when a co-worker recommended me to call Dr. Louie. With the pain clouding my fear of dentists, I called Dr. Louie's office and spoke to her first-hand. I described my problem and she instantly gave me an appointment and reassured she would take care of me.
