Meet the Staff
- Dr. Malcolom D. Herzog is one of the founding partners of Professional Foot Care Specialists, PC. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He has been in practice nearly 30 years and has held numerous leadership positions within the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association
- Dr. Jesse Plasencia, who speaks fluent Spanish, has been an active member of the practice for over 20 years. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Medicine and a former Board Member of the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association.
- Sherry Angelastro - Office Manager, Sherry started owrking with our practice in 1992 and now she runs the day to day functions. If you have any questions regarding your billing statement, insureance policy and or any other administration concerns, please feel free to car her duing normal office hours.
- Miriam Rodriguez - Medical Receptionist, Miriam has been with our practice for 3 years now. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Miriam is the voice you hear when you call our office. She is always more than willing to assist you with your scheduling needs
- Sandra Vega - Podiatric Medical Assistant, Sandra started working with our practice in 2004. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She enjoys making you(our patient) feel comfortable during your appointment and assists our physicians with your treatment needs.
- Maria Flores - Podiatric Medical assistant, Maria has been iwth our practice for 2 years now. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Maria is pleased to assist you during your appointment as well as your treatment.
