Every time I come into the office, it's ALWAYS a great experience. The staff wonderful, always helpful. Anytime I have a question, I always walk out with an answer. The Doctor? Well, great comes to mind. I have two daughters as patients, and if ever they have a problemwith braces, she would be there any day of the week including holidays. I could not have picked a better orthodontist.

You will be very comfortable in our gorgeous, new office! Our helpful, friendly staff will make you feel right at home. We do everything we can to make the orthodontic experience as pleasant as possible. We look forward to serving you!
Meet the Staff
- Sherri, Records Coordinator, has been working at the practice for 25 years. She is well versed in all aspects of orthodontic assisting. Her duties include taking x-rays and photographic images, impressions, assisting, and ordering supplies. Her favorite thing about orthodontics is working with all kinds of children and witnessing their beautiful smile transformations. Her favorite thing about Dr. Kowalczyk is that she is very patient and easy to work for. Sherri is a native of Montgomery, Illinois, and has lived in Oswego since 1994. Non-work activities include spending leisurely time with her family Terry (husband) and sons Nathan and Ryan.
- Marsha, Treatment Coordinator, has been working at the practice for 7 years and in the dental/orthodontic field for 14 years. Her duties include consultations with patients, treatment coordination, insurance processing and assisting. Her favorite thing about orthodontics is seeing the great big smiles when patients get their braces off. Marsha’s favorite thing about Dr. Kowalczyk is that she makes the office environment a wonderful place to work, and is very patient and caring. Marsha is a native of Collinsville, Illinois, and has lived in Joliet since 2000. Her family includes Rick (husband), Rick (son), Dana (daughter), Deanna (daughter-in-law), and grandsons Holden and Caleb.
- Annette, Receptionist, is responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, and greeting everyone with a smile. Annette enjoys Dr. Kowalczyk’s friendly and professional working environment. Annette’s favorite part of her work is talking with the children, parents, and adult patients. She enjoys biking, reading, and the beach. Her family includes Wayne (husband), Rachel (daughter), Jake (son), Luke (son), and Cassidy (daughter).
