The Few Institute (TFI) is driven to meet and strives to exceed the utmost standards for ethical, highly skilled plastic surgery care that is individualized, compassionate and upholds the privacy of all individuals at all times. The TFI staff is a team comprised of exceedingly motivated, devoted individuals who perform at the highest level and demonstrate a sincere passion for one’s profession. The TFI team will provide only personalized care custom to every patient’s unique needs. We believe that the desire for aesthetic surgery and resulting outcomes should be patient-driven and result in natural looking enhancements. The integration of specific state-of-the-art surgery with non-surgical treatments emphasizes our goal to optimize patient outcomes and limit your recovery time. OUR ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE SECOND TO NONE!

Meet the Staff

  • Megan Wolff: Patient Coordinator - From scheduling appointments to addressing your very personal needs, Megan supports our patients through their entire experience at The Few Institute. She will help guide patients through planning their consultations, scheduling surgery and will also assist with any type of concierge services our out of town patients are in need of. Megan is the liason between our office and the several outpatient surgical centers we are partners with. She is the point person for all of our new patients to work with.
  • Shay Moinuddin, MHA, RN: Practice Manager - Shay is responsible for the daily operations of the practice and is the contact person for all business and media requests. As an expert in injectables and laser treatments, Shay also plays an important clinical consulting role at The Few Institute.
  • Charisse Washington, BSN, RN: Aesthetic Nurse - Charisse performs many of the non-surgical cosmetic treatments available at The Few Institute. She participates in consultations, patient education and pre-and post-operative visits. Charisse is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and Make Up Artist and is an expert in non-invasive skin care treatments.
  • Elizabeth Reed, BSN, RN: Aesthetic Nurse - Elizabeth assists Dr. Few with many of our in office surgical and laser procedures. She has several years of experience working in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery and is able to guide our patients through the pre and post operative phases of their surgeries.
  • Susan Gierczyk, RN: Research Nurse - Susan works on the many research studies and clinical trials that are being conducted at The Few Institute.
  • Crescent LaGroon: Office Assistant - Crescent works in tandem with Megan and is able to assist our patients with scheduling surgeries, non-invasive skin care treatments and is able to help our patients navigate the surgical process both pre and post operatively.
  • LaNesha Pickett: Receptionist - LaNesha is a valuable asset to The Few Institute and is the friendly voice our patients will hear when they call our office to schedule an appointment.
