I had been getting bad dental advice, and really bad, but expensive, treatment for years from a couple of dentists and periodontists. One genius encouraged me not to get implants because they were "not perfected." Instead I got a horrible engineered bridge that he felt capable of doing and making a lot of money from. (He was right about the money part.) It broke repeatedly. The same dentist botched my root canal, so that a tooth with no nerve caused me considerable pain. (Dr. Lemler saw at a glance that the dentist forced cement out the bottom of the root, inducing pain by irritating nerves in the area.) Dr Lemler stabilized my remaining teeth, and did a series of wonderful implants - apparently more perfected than engineered bridges after all - that changed my life for the better. I have always been comfortable during the numerous surgeries that were essential to my treatment. Hygienists, office personnel, everything and everyone in Dr Lemler's office is professional, first-rate, and efficient. I wouldn't have my teeth cleaned anywhere else. Staff is clearly happy to work and train with such a gifted periodontist. For other dental work, Dr Lemler has recommended splendid people, by far the most talented dentist and root canal expert who have ever treated me. It is so reassuring to know that he would never send me to anyone who was less than the best. I recommend Dr Lemler to all of my friends who have periodontal issues. They will never experience the unnecessary pain, high fees for mediocre work, and needless tooth loss that I have suffered.

The longest relationship I've had with any man has been with Dr. Lemler: 25 years. And that's because of the expert care he's provided. Dr. Lemler saved a few of my teeth I'm sure, over the years, through aggressive treatment of the gums to minimize pockets. One tooth simply could not be saved, and though I dreaded the extraction, Dr. Lemler made it virtually painless. He also inserted the screw for an implant in that spot, which was the easiest and quickest dental procedure I've ever experienced.
