I was so pleased to find a caring, concerned dentist to replace a tooth I had lost several years ago. Dr. Friedman discussed my options and I decided to have him place an Implant in the missing space. Because I had never needed any major dental work before, naturally I was a little afraid. Dr. Friedman is an expert! He perscribed medication for me to take 1 hour before the appointment that relieved my fear. His assistant, Vicky, was with me every step of the way to explain what was happening. One of the big reasons why I selected him to do my surgery was because I was impressed with their sterile surgical suite. I felt it was safer and cleaner to be isolated from the other areas of the office where patients were coming in and out, and the other employees were working. Zohreh has always assisted me by processing my insurance claims quickly and efficently. I understand that my insurance does not pay 100% for every visit but having Zohreh file the claims helps me get the portion my insurance WILL pay and helps reduce the amount I pay. Ginger is a wonderful Dental Hygienist. She cleans all of my teeth and keeps an eye out for gum and tooth problems that could cause me bigger problems if left alone. I have never been in another office where I felt like I am being treated like a part of their own family. Thank you, Dr. Friedman, Zohreh, Vicky, and Ginger for taking care of me since 1999; you are all "Top Docs" to me.
