Office Tour
Our underlying philosophy is one of prevention – maintaining your teeth and gums disease-free. When complete prevention is not possible, we treat issues early and conservatively before they become a big problem. Our goal for you is the best of health, appearance, and function. We offer complete family restorative and cosmetic services, including white fillings (composite and porcelain), porcelain veneers, onlays and crowns. I believe in complete dentistry – but without over-treating. I’ve seen what I consider a lot of over treatment in recent years. We consider you our partner in bringing about and maintaining your dental health. So, we’d be happy to see you. And, by the way, we recognize your busy schedules; and we generally run on time.
Meet the Staff
- Peggy Cavanaugh, RDH: Always warm, friendly and welcoming. She inspires the best in home care for her patients, and they love her and her work. Peggy and I have worked together for twenty eight years.
- Lisa Scott, RDH: Caring, thorough and meticulous in all she does. Good with patients of all ages. Lisa and I have worked together for twenty six years.
- Carol Landry, RDH: We got to know each other back in the 70’s when she, Peggy, Lisa and I became interested in learning modulated anti-infective periodontal therapy (as was she) – using periodontal surgery only as a last resort in gum therapy. I was finally able to coax her into joining us part time six years ago when she and her family moved back from Texas.
- Jeanne Olson, RDH: Jeanne joined us eighteen years ago. She splits her time between the office and raising three very active kids. She is passionate about specific devices for each person’s home-care issues and in teaching how to use them effectively. Loves to work with kids.
- Linda Bracco, CDA: Linda started working with me in ’78 shortly after graduating from assisting school. She left five years later to raise her twin boys. We were fortunate to get her back once her boys reached high school. Linda knows what I want, and what I’m going to do and has the instruments in hand before I’ve thought about it. It’s frightening sometimes!
- Rhonda Duray: Rhonda is our accounts manager. Among other tasks she has the unenviable job of dealing with insurance company bureaucrats – and does it with a smile – always.
- Patty Coole: Patty is the friendly voice and face of the office. When you call she is likely to be the person with whom you’ll be talking. She is often the first person to greet you when you come in. She and Rhonda are always juggling the schedule to accommodate to people’s needs.

Technology
- Air abrasion – so-called drill-less dentistry - to take care of small cavities and to prepare teeth for the bonding of sealants.
- Soft tissue laser – to treat and reshape tissue where necessary.
- Intraoral camera – to project on a TV screen the issues we’re discussing.
- Cerec technology – beautiful porcelain crowns in one appointment, thus eliminating the need for temporary crowns and the need for a second appointment. Cerec and E-max crowns are better looking and more accurate than traditional lab-built crowns that take 2 ½ weeks.
