If you have any type of dental anxiety or phobia we urge you to make an appointment at Drs. Castanaro's office. This father and son team of dentists offer the highest quality of dentistry with a personal touch. Their demeanor, although professional, is also extremely welcoming and reassuring, quite a plus if you have dentalphobia! All procedures are fully explained in plain language and Drs. Castanaro are so skilled, efficient and personable that it's hard to believe a dental visit could actually be a stress-free experience. We have run the gamet of area dentists and have finally found the perfect ones! The office is new and kept in pristine condition. The staff/dental assistants are equally professional and pleasant. The Castanaro father and son team have 30+ years of experience in dentistry, and it shows. They are extremely professional and get the job done. They are accessible almost 24/7 and will open their office almost anytime to address the needs of their patients. I was having dinner at the Pine Tavern in the Bronx one night when I popped a cap while munching down on a piece of garlic bread. It was 7:30PM on a Wednesday night. I texted Dr. John about my problem, and he immediately returned by text offering to meet me at his office later that same night. Amazing. He took care of the problem and had me on my way in about 15 minutes. I wish my broker was this accessible!

I initially started going to Dr. John Castanaro for discomfort when I chewed. I have seen other Dr.'s before but nobody was able to fix the problem. Dr. Castanaro was able to fix the problem the first visit and now I can enjoy food again without having to worry about the pain! Also, I had pretty bad tetracycline staining on my teeth and was self conscious about my smile. Now I can smile with confidence!

Dr castanaro save me on christmas eve, thanks to him i was able to enjoy my holidays. i broke a tooth the night before christmas eve, i call several offices to see how could fixed it for me but everyone was close do to the holiday. I was lucky to find DR John Castanero who was the only Dr open on a holiday, he fixed my tooth with in 20 minutes, i was so happy because i do not like dentist so much but after my first visit at the office i feel better about Dntist he made me feel constable and walked me thru on everything i need to do to my dantalcare. I like the fact that he is open on saturday, sundays and most of the holiday i will definitely recomend him to my family and friends nothing like a great Drs reliable and afficients whom can be trust
