We have been treating adults and children in the San Ramon Valley for over 30 years. Although we have an emphasis on the Cosmetic, Reconstructive, and Implant treatment of adults, we are basically an old-fashioned family practice. Our motto is "Dentistry for the Discriminating Patient", and from the very beginning, Dr. Rosenthal has strived to push his practice in the direction of the utmost in quality and service for his patients. We believe excellence in dentistry is never an accident, but the result of caring enough about our patients, and then making wise decisions. Consequently, we cater to those people that demand quality and personal attention. Our goal is to treat a few patients, but to treat them properly. Dr. Rosenthal adapted this philosophy right out of dental school, long before it became popular for other dentists to make such claims. So, ask around; you will find our reputation to be exceptional. Our office features a soothing decor, with soft colors, windows everywhere and a view. You will find our initial examination to be quite thorough. We feel this is one of the most important services we can provide. We will examine your teeth, gums, bite, do an oral cancer screening, and evaluate your smile for cosmetic improvements. Our findings and the available treatment alternatives will be discussed in detail, as we feel only an informed patient can make the best decisions. Together, we will decide which services, if any, you wish us to provide. We emphasize patient comfort and are always understanding with fearful patients. Dr. Rosenthal is extremely gentle and truly cares about the folks that he serves. Finally, Dr. Rosenthal surrounds himself with an outstanding staff. Each and every one of them is truly exceptional, and you will find this to be true from the first telephone call, to everything that comes thereafter.

Meet the Staff

• Kathy Ricketts - Scheduling Coordinator. Quite simply the nicest person you will ever meet, Kathy will always greet you with a smile, whether on the phone or in person.
• Kara McWilliams - Financial Coordinator, With Dr. Rosenthal for over 26 years, Kara knows everything there is to know (and more) about Dental Insurance. She will bend over backwards to maximize your insurance benefits.
• Nina Netachi and Amy Fessa - Dental Hygienists . The utmost professionals, both of these ladies are always up to date with state-of-the-art techniques in the prevention and treatment of gum diseases. In addition they are uniquely skilled at performing their art in a thorough yet very gentle manner.
• Tiffany Paich - Dental Assistant. Dr. Rosenthal's right-hand lady, Tiffany is outstanding in her skills, while always maintaining empathy with the patient in the chair. She always keeps in mind that the patient on the "receiving end" is a human being with unique needs, and will lend a calming hand whenever it is needed.
