Had three teeth extracted, it was for the most part painless. I have a phobia about going to the dentist and doctor Pratt was very understanding and so was his staff. I would recomend him to everyone that is looking for a good oral surgeon!
Office Tour
Our Oral Surgery office is a very warm and friendly place to work and have Oral surgery done. It is located in a converted California Bungalow house and is staffed by an experienced, friendly, caring doctor, supported by a combination of young, energetic, well trained and some very seasoned and widely experienced reception and surgical assisting staff, who are easy-going and very friendly. The atmosphere is very low key and focused on making every patient visit comfortable and pleasant. The surgical care is top notch and the fees are very reasonable, especially for the Bay Area. Every patient is treated like a member of the family.
Meet the Staff
- David Harris, receptionist, financial coordinator, data entry, relief surgery assistant with many years assisting and managing dental practices, 6 months with me.
- Janet Kirk, relief surgery assistant, has worked with me off and on since 1975, grandmother of the staff.
- Shannon Pratt (daughter) assistant receptionist, data entry, insurance coordinator, transcriptionist for operative reports , 7 months until she goes back to graduate school in clinical psychology.
- Hanna Coates, lead surgery assistant, inventory management, OSHA compliance manager, 6 months here after 4 years of oral surgery assisting in Colorado.
- Dr. Anca Severin, dentist from Romania, super skilled and energetic part time surgical assistant and full time teacher of dental assistants, speaks English, Romanian, Italian, French, 6 months with me.
