Office Tour

Our practice has been in existence since 1977. Some patients have come to us since that time. Many others are long time patients. When we evaluate a patient’s dental needs, we often feel like we are helping a family member. Each person’s needs and concerns are different. We take the time to listen and look at each patient as being unique. Our staff, including the doctor, are not egocentric and work as a team to meet the patient’s needs. We strive to keep our technical abilities on the cutting edge without falling victim to manufacturers’ false promises. Dr. Voyne was a leader in the Bay Area during the 80’s of looking at gum treatment from a microbiological perspective. This different approach greatly reduced the need for surgery. It has been refreshing to see the dental community slowly come around to this perspective. Today we have arrived at a time that dental implants are very predictable, non metal crowns are beautiful and functional, tooth colored fillings can replace traditional metal fillings, and teeth can be predictably whitened. It is a wonderful time to practice dentistry.

Meet the Staff

• When you call our office, it is Kelly's voice you will hear. She has been with us for 25 years and has skills in general office procedures as well as dental procedures. She is a good resource for answering questions about products and procedures you might be considering. Dr. Voyne created her smile several years ago and it still gets compliments on a daily basis.
• The other member of our staff you would enjoy meeting is Diane. Diane has been with us for 15 years and is our office hygienist. She has a soothing, calm personality and is very conscientious about informing patients of existing conditions in their mouth. If there are issues that need to be addressed, Diane will help formulate and explain a plan to move forward. Her experience, technical skill, and concern for the patient's health are Diane's valuable assets.

Hobbies and Interests

• Wow!!! Who has time for this?? Keeping up with and evaluating all the new products and techniques in dentistry, having two small children, a mother with Alzheimer's, and a home to maintain; I can't find much time to pursue photography. It ends up that dentistry is my main hobby.

Services Offered

• We take pride in providing all cosmetic services except orthodontics. We also perform most basic services including endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and prosthedontics unless we feel that a particular situation would be best treated by a specialist.
