Office Tour
Our office at 3778 Bonde Way, Fremont, CA 94536-3646, is located at the heart of Centerville District. It is within walking distance from major public transportation namely the Centerville Train Station, main bus routes along Fremont Blvd. and easy access to major commutes such as 880, 680 and 84. It is one mile from Washington Hospital and about five minutes by car. The building is a two story newly renovated and beautifully landscaped. There is plenty of parking and handicapped accessible with elevator. The friendly and courteous staff is composed of multi-ethnic and bi-lingual individuals, also speaking Tagalog, Spanish, Hindi, and Burmese. The office accepts most insurances and belongs to two major HMOs, namely Hill Physicians and Alameda Alliance.
