“Like any other dental ofice”

Great staff and nice office. Dr. Amini takes great effort to make sure he satisfies his patients needs. I would recommend this practice.
“Routine Cleaning”

Dr. Amini runs an excellent practice. The group keeps up to date on the frequent improvements in the field of dentistry, and learns the new techniques, materials, and tools for the benefit of their patients. One example is their x-ray equipment, which is fully digital, cuts radiation by 80% relative to traditional dental x-rays, and is much more easily stored and referenced in future appointments. The patient can see the clear digital pictures of any facet of any tooth in question on the large flat panel screen that is conveniently attached to the dental chair. The patient can then see exactly what the dentist is talking about. They also have a very broad selection of music, news and sports via Sirius Satellite and comfortable headphones to listen while your dental work is being done. The staff is cheerful, responsive, efficient and professional. Five stars for the Doctor!

After not being to the denstist for 7 plus years I have the staff and Dr Ben G. Amini to have a great deal of pride in his work and with his patients I would receommend Dr. Amini to anyone who is looking for a stellar dentist... he has a great sense of humor, is extremely knowledgable, prompt and pays great attention to detail... I love my new crown which he scuptured in his office was well worth the addtional 150.00 which I did not even think about, you will not be disappointed he truly does exceptional work.

I cannot believe the quality of dental work I received from CitiDent. The color match on my partially restored tooth is so good I cannot tell where the original tooth ends and the new one begins. Even under high magnification. Just incredible.

Dr. Amini has a very gentle touch. They made my porcelain crown and I was out the door with my permanent crown in 1 visit. They are very efficient and everyone is genuinely happy and friendly. I really like my new dentist.

I'm most likely every dentists nightmare. I need nitris when having anything done unless Dr. Amini is able to gently talk me out of it (like getting my teeth cleaned!) Dr Amini and his staff are the best, they know how to treat even the most difficult cases (like me) with patience, care and understanding. I would recommend Dr Amini to everyone.
“Respectful of unemployment/uninsured”

Being uninsured but needing a new crown, I tried to access the city's low-cost clinics. It was clear that care would be lacking & weeks away, I called Citident and asked for consideration of my situation. They were respectful, helped me set up a plan and even trimmed a few costs. I still got great care and the Dr. even provided some preemptive treatment, as well. Great experience.

I have been going to this practice for over 10 years. I began with Dr. Amini and now see Dr. Sud. Both are great and both reflect what I believe are the values of their practice -- taking care of clients with a calm, patient, friendly, educational, and sensitive manner. I always feel well looked after actually look forward to my appointments. Anyone who doesn't like going to the dentist should go to this practice!

“2 crowns - 1 day!”

The technology has finally evolved. I had 2 all porcelain crowns done while I waited. They have 3D software that lets them adjust the shape of the crown on the screen, and then it is milled from a solid block almost instantly. It takes another 20 minutes to "bake", and the final crowns were put in right away. So no more temporary crowns falling out while you wait for another appointment. Everyone was kind, efficient and skillful.

“Filling Extraction”

I had my cracked filling extracted in preparation for a new crown in one of my molars. Dr. Amini took precautions and gave me two shots of novocane so I would not feel the drill as he was working. I still felt the drill as Dr. Amini drilled closer to the nerve, but after the initial drilling was done, the pain subsided quickly.

After hearing stories from others about how painful getting an implant was I was nervous about the procedure. Amazingly, the whole procedure was completely painless (except for the "pinch" of the Novocain shot). The process was explained in detail prior to and during the procedure and the entire staff were caring and attentive. This was one of several procedures I have had at Citident and all have been expertly completed - so I have great peace of mind returning for routine and particular dental work. They are great!

I literally would experience panic attacks, until I switched to Dr. Ben Amini. He is the most patient, informative dentist I have met. He understood my level of anxiety, and used the latest in technology to make my experience a pleasant one. I transformed from a frenzied woman to a person who easily falls asleep in the chair. All of the Citident dentists are awesome! The staff is the most kind group of people I've ever met. I can honestly say that I look forward to my dental appointments.
