Bryant A. Toth is a world famous and internationally respected cosmetic surgeon who resides and practices in San Francisco, California. Dr. Toth is a magna cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College where was named a Rufus Choate Scholar in his senior year. Medical school training was at Brown University followed by General Surgical Training at the Massachusetts General Hospital, the primary teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. His Plastic Surgical training was also at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He has been certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. At the completion of his plastic surgical training Dr. Toth was the recipient of the prestigious Kazanjian Fellowship from Harvard, allowing him to pursue cosmetic surgical and craniofacial interests in Paris, France. Dr. Toth has practiced plastic surgery in the same location in San Francisco since his return from Paris 25 years ago. He is currently a full Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, and is the Director of the Craniofacial Clinic at Children’s Hospital, Oakland. He has published over 70 journal articles, 14 book chapters, and six instructional videotapes and has been co-editor of three textbooks on plastic surgery. His most recent book, International Textbook of Cosmetic Surgery, edited by Toth and Scuderi is a two volume textbook of cosmetic surgery that will be translated into multiple languages and is destined to be one the the major books in the cosmetic field. He is currently on the editorial board of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the international journal of cosmetic surgery. Dr. Toth has been invited to demonstrate new techniques in cosmetic surgery by lecturing and performing live surgery in a variety of venues including Paris, Milan, Copenhagen, Capetown, Sao Paolo, Moscow and Shanghai. He has been consistently named one of the top cosmetic surgeons in San Francisco and the U.S. by Castle-Connolly, San Francisco Magazine, and others.
