The goal of our office is to provide the highest quality of treatment in a friendly, family-oriented environment. Our experienced team is a compassionate group that is authentically committed to making your orthodontic treatment experience enjoyable at every step. Meet the Staff

• Dalia - Welcome to our practice! I am the Office Manager here, so I greet patients with a smile, answer the phone, make appointments and also manage financial and insurance arrangements. I was born in Lithuania and speak a little German in addition to my native language. I graduated from Northwestern University and taught elementary school for 11 years before entering the orthodontic field. I am also a certified Master Gardner.
• Elizabeth - I am a lab technician and orthodontic assistant, and have been working in the dental field since 1988. I am dedicated to providing comfortable and quality appliances for our patients. I love to see the positive changes in patients' self-confidence as their smiles improve through our treatments. I like working with Dr. Walvoord and the whole team as they keep the office fun, caring and professional. Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I am also passionate about baking, cooking and sewing. I am fluent in Polish and it is a joy to help our Polish speaking patients.
• Kimberly - I am an orthodontic assistant and love making sure that our patients are greeted with a friendly face when they come back to the treatment area! I thoroughly explain each procedure to patients as I gently provide treatment. My favorite appointment is removing braces. The look on the patient's face when they see their finished smile for the first time makes my whole day! I am married to a wonderful man and we have a beautiful two-year-old daughter. We also have two rambunctious tabby cats.
• Rose - Welcome! As an orthodontic assistant, I want our patients to know what is going on during treatment. I believe that carefully explaining every step during our treatment visits allows patients to understand and trust what we are doing. We not only help make great smiles, we also build relationships with our patients. Dr. Walvoord's office is full of positive energy and it's a fun environment! When I am not at work, I spend time with my husband, our four wonderful children and one parakeet. Being a wife and a mother is the greatest thing in the world.
• Sophie - As treatment coordinator and orthodontic assistant, I do just about everything around the office that involves direct patient care. I present and review treatment plans for patients and assist Dr. Walvoord during the initial consultation appointment. I love caring for our patients and am glad to be part of so many aspects of treatment. Our office is awesome! We sing and dance for our patients, and play movies or music videos to keep them occupied during their visits. I love to be silly and am always laughing and smiling. When I'm not at work, I love dancing, hiking, going to concerts and walking my dog, Tank.
